How TIAS Supports Your Business

Our three-phase approach helps you navigate key decisions at every stage of your technology project, with support from SBF and our pool of experienced consultants.

Phase 1: Identify the Right Solution (Complimentary)

Start with the right questions before investing in the right technology.

We work with you to understand your business needs, challenges and objectives, translating them into clear project requirements and a well-defined scope. This includes identifying the specifications, features and functionalities your solution needs to deliver — helping you focus on what matters most to your business.

What you can expect:

  • Discovery discussions and business requirements gathering
  • Solution scoping aligned with your business objectives
  • Clear project deliverables and technical specifications
  • A fit-for-purpose solution scope to guide the next step

Phase 2: Find the Right Technology Partner (Complimentary)

The right solution is only as good as the vendor delivering it.

We support you in identifying, evaluating and selecting suitable technology vendors based on your project requirements. Through a structured assessment process, we help you assess vendor capabilities, experience, reliability and suitability, so you can make a more informed decision.

What you can expect:

  • Vendor sourcing and evaluation support
  • Assessment of vendor competencies and relevant experience
  • IT risk assessment
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and support
  • Structured, weighted evaluation to compare vendors against your requirements

Phase 3: Keep Your Project on Track (Optional; Charges Apply)

Implement your technology solution with greater oversight and accountability. For businesses that require additional support, TIAS offers project oversight to help manage implementation and keep the project aligned with agreed deliverables and timelines. Acting in your business’s interest, the project oversight team can coordinate with your selected vendor and monitor progress throughout execution.

What you can expect:

  • Project management and implementation oversight
  • Coordination with the vendor’s project manager
  • Monitoring of project milestones and deliverables
  • Support in tracking progress against agreed timelines and requirements
